The "TECH Women Incubator Cahul 2024" Program Launched Successfully: Participant Feedback

The "TECH Women Incubator Cahul 2024" program, launched by iHUB Chișinău, has begun successfully, offering women from Cahul the opportunity to specialize for free in the IT industry. "TECH Women Incubator Cahul 2024" offers free courses in three essential areas:

• Social Media Management
• Software Testing
• Project Management

Olga: "As for the project management course - I can say that it is a wonderful opportunity to diversify my knowledge. Even though I come to this course with a master's degree in management, I find that each session's practice and examples reflect real situations - which require combining the already known theory with our position as future PMs. Of course, we also have moments of hesitation or uncertainty in certain aspects, but we manage to clarify each uncertainty with the help of the course leader and the ingenuity of each member participating in the sessions!”

The "TECH Women Incubator Cahul 2024" initiative is part of the project "Supporting the Market Environment in Moldova: Digital Innovation, Labor Market, and Investments – Phase 1," which runs from October 2023 to April 2025. It is implemented by iHUB Chișinău, with the support of SlovakAid - Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation (SAIDC) and in partnership with EMA - Development and Mobility Agency and local partner Inotek.

The program is carried out in the SOUTH region by the Inotek Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the National Youth Agency, and the Municipality of Cahul as part of the Cahul – Youth Capital of the Republic of Moldova 2024 Program.
